From 1996 to 2026, Jiangsu JW Group has been deeply engaged in the high-end intelligent equipment field of disposable hygiene products for 30 years. Starting from a single workshop and a few pieces of equipment, it has grown into a leading enterprise in the industry with over 300 patents and products exported to 124 countries around the world, achieving a steady leap from "Made in China" to "Created in China".
In his speech, Chen Bin, the chairman of Jiangsu JW Group, stated that over the past 30 years, JW has always been dedicated to developing a set of equipment that can satisfy customers, be easy to use, durable, and provide peace of mind. It adheres to the concept of "quality as the foundation, innovation as the wings, and win-win as the path", and uses its industrial endeavors to contribute to the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse.
At the event site, Jiangsu JW Group signed a global strategic cooperation agreement with German Siemens Company and Brazilian Xuzan Enano Company, focusing on intelligent and digitalized smart production and deepening cooperation on the diversified application of Uki Rongmu Pulp. This move further improves the global supply chain layout.
New product debut: The SMART.V30 unmanned smart cabin for on-site production showcased an astonishing performance at the event.
The core part of the press conference saw this SMART.V30 unmanned smart cabin, which resembles a Chinese high-speed train, officially make its global debut as a high-end equipment for ultra-fast hygiene products. The fully enclosed unmanned smart cabin was powered on-site and operated in real-time, producing high-end feminine care hygiene products. The large-screen digital display showed the production speed rapidly increasing from 1,000 pieces per minute to a stable 1,500 pieces per minute, reaching an industry-leading production efficiency.
At the production site, intelligent robot dogs delivered freshly produced products to the on-site guests. The entire process was unmanned, with a high-tech feel, and demonstrated the efficiency and convenience of the SMART V.30 equipment. It is said that this equipment is equipped with UV full-area disinfection， ozone purification， and precise control of constant temperature and humidity， comparable to medical-grade cleanliness standards， ensuring the safety of hygiene product production from the source.
Ju Daxia, the general manager of Jiangsu JW Group, introduced that SMART.V30, through energy-saving optimization, can save approximately 520,000 yuan in energy costs per single device each year. At the same time, by integrating digital technologies such as AI visual inspection and predictive maintenance, it promotes the upgrading of hygiene product production towards efficiency, energy conservation, intelligence, and sustainability.

The global hygiene products industry seminar with the core topic of "Focusing on the World - Leading the Future, Global Opportunities, Challenges and Win-Win Development of the Hygiene Products Industry" was held simultaneously.
