If you are in urgent to get the price, please call us by cell phone or tell us by Email so that we will take your inquiry as the first priority.The budget for equipment varies according to the type and configuration of the equipment, but most of them are between $500,000 and $2 million.
How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We recommend that you select appropriate samples from your local market and then give them to us to provide you with customized services based on your samples. Of course, if you need samples produced by our equipment, we can also send them to you via express delivery. After the sample is confirmed, we sincerely invite you to visit our factory to check our operations and production.
How can I choose the right equipment model for me?
Provide your samples or technical requirements, and our professional sales staff will recommend the appropriate equipment model for you accordingly; if you do not have clear technical requirements for the time being, please contact our professional sales staff, and our sales staff will recommend the appropriate model for you based on your situation.
What's your after sales service?
When machine is delivered from our factory, we’ll apply the visa for our engineers to your country. As soon as the machine arrives in your factory, we’ll assign them to go immediately. You can also assign your staff to our factory to learn.
Could you also supply raw materials?
Yes, surely we can. We have long term cooperation with many raw materials suppliers. They can provide us good quality and good price. This is in our service chain.
If I need to change certain spare parts, how can I confirm the item No. with you?
Each spare part on our machine has unique code No. We have the spare parts codes regulation system. We only need you to tell us the laser code No. on the spare part. Then we can confirm with you the drawing at the soonest time and supply you the spare part accordingly.
How about the machine guarantee?
The Seller offers a 12-month quality guarantee period from the delivery date. During this period, the Seller shall repair the machine and provide repair parts (wearing parts, and parts subject to normal wear and tear （like: cutters and belts,etc）or damage attributable to the Buyer excluded). The damage attributable to the Buyer shall be repaired at the Buyer’s cost. （the warranty period is valid from 30 days after the buyer is informed of the test of the machine.）

what is the area needed to set this factory? How many workers I need？
Considering the workshop and storage, we suggest you 1000-1500SM per production line.The equipment requires 2-4 operators, and the packaging requires 1-20 operators depending on the packaging equipment.
what auxilary equipment you need for the production line? Does it need water?
The only anxilary equipment needed is the air compressor, and our production line do not need any water.
