To actively explore new approaches and models for Party building in the new era and drive high-quality development through high-quality Party building, on the afternoon of November 14, a delegation from the Party Branch of the Academic Affairs Office under the Party Committee of Huaiyin Normal University, led by Wang Jiangming, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Zhou Shouyong, Director of the Academic Affairs Office and Party Branch Secretary, visited JWC Group for an inspection and exchange. The delegation successfully held a signing ceremony for Party building partnership and joint development. At the outset of the event, accompanied by relevant group executives, the guests from Huaiyin Normal University first viewed JWC Group's corporate promotional video. The short film comprehensively showcased the group's development journey, core businesses, technological capabilities, and corporate culture, providing the visitors with a preliminary yet profound impression of JWC Group's overall profile.
Subsequently, the guests toured our assembly workshop, CNC machining center, and intelligent warehousing system. On the production floor, advanced automated equipment, rigorous manufacturing processes, and efficient intelligent management systems provided guests with a firsthand experience of JWC's formidable capabilities and innovative vitality in high-end manufacturing. They expressed high praise for the orderly production environment and the abundant achievements in technological innovation within the workshop.
Following the tour, both parties proceeded to the conference room for a lively and in-depth discussion on topics including corporate talent needs, technological R&D, and collaboration. At the symposium, the JWC Group representative first extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Huaiyin Normal University and provided a detailed overview of the group's industrial development, technological innovation, and future plans. He emphasized that corporate growth relies on the dual drivers of talent and technology. As an outstanding local institution of higher learning, Huaiyin Normal University possesses deep expertise in talent cultivation and scientific research, offering vast potential for collaboration between the two parties.
