School-Enterprise Cooperation for Shared Development: Delegation from Jiangsu Nursing Vocational College Visits JWC Group for Inspection

On July 3, a delegation of 50 people from Jiangsu Nursing Vocational College visited Jiangsu JWC Group's Times Health Industry Park for a visit and inspection, carrying out a Party Day activity themed "Party Building Leading Technological Innovation, School-Enterprise Cooperation for Common Development," which included a symposium and a signing ceremony. This activity is of great significance for strengthening the cooperation between our company and the nursing college, and promoting in-depth cooperation in talent cultivation and scientific research.
During the visit and inspection, Xia Liping, member of the Party Committee and vice president of Jiangsu Nursing Vocational College; Ge Wengang, Party branch secretary of the college library; Lin Yongtao and Hou Jidan, vice presidents of the college's nursing and midwifery college; and others visited our company's production workshops, laboratories, and administrative office centers, gaining an in-depth understanding of our company's technology and products in the field of health care. At the same time, both sides conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges and discussions on talent cultivation, internships, and scientific research cooperation.
At the symposium, Zhou Yang, our sales director and Party branch secretary, gave a detailed introduction to the development history and current situation of JWC Group. JWC is a member unit of the Huai'an Women's Science and Technology Alliance and has a cooperative foundation with Jiangsu Nursing Vocational College. Representatives from both sides conducted thorough communication and consultation on the intentions, content, and methods of further cooperation. The college representatives emphasized the advantages and characteristics of the college in nursing education and expressed their willingness to establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with our company to jointly promote the development of the nursing industry.
At the signing ceremony, representatives from both sides proposed to leverage the strength of joint Party building and work together for development, jointly signing a Party building pairing and co-construction agreement. Both sides established a comprehensive industrial-academic-research cooperation relationship, jointly promoting technological cooperation between enterprises and schools, forming a mutually promoting and developing relationship between professions and industries, and striving to achieve "school-enterprise cooperation and win-win results." This signing laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides and will surely achieve positive results in nursing education and industrial development.
The successful holding of this event not only expanded cooperation channels for our company and promoted the organic combination of nursing vocational education and practice, but also provided a broader platform for improving the teaching quality of Jiangsu Nursing Vocational College and for students' employment and entrepreneurship. Both sides will further strengthen communication and cooperation, jointly promote the development of the nursing industry, and make greater contributions to the health services of society.
