'Huai' Embraces Dreams, 'Jin' Shares Splendor | Huai'an City Women Entrepreneurs Association's 'County/District Tour' Visits Jinhu

On June 25th, the "Hui Chuang Ying Cai Zheng Hao Wei Ni" series of events, "Huai" Embracing Dreams, "Jin" Cai Sharing - Huai'an Women Entrepreneurs Association's "County and District Tour" to Jinhu, was successfully held. This event was guided by the Huai'an Women's Federation, hosted by the Huai'an Women Entrepreneurs Association, co-organized by the Jinhu County Women's Federation, and undertaken by Jiangsu JWC Group. Attendees included Ding Wei, member of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Huai'an Women's Federation; Zhu Hualin, part-time Vice Chairman of the Women's Federation and President of the Women Entrepreneurs Association; Bao Zhiqiang, Standing Committee Member and Organization Minister of the Jinhu County Committee; Liu Shengming, Director of the Comprehensive Office of the Huai'an Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau; Zhu Huayun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Jinhu County Women's Federation; 50 heads of member enterprises of the Huai'an Women Entrepreneurs Association; representatives from 20 large enterprises in Jinhu County; and relevant experts and media reporters.
In the morning, members of the Women Entrepreneurs Association visited Jiangsu JWC Group, Jiangsu Shike New Materials Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Xin Jinling Sports Industry Group Co., Ltd. for inspection and research. During the visit, members gained an in-depth understanding of the companies' management, production, and R&D aspects, carefully observing the production lines and learning about production processes and product quality. Simultaneously, they engaged in in-depth exchanges with company leaders, understanding management philosophies, market strategies, and future development plans.
That afternoon, a forum was held at the Jinhu Mingfa Hotel. First, Minister Bao Zhiqiang of Jinhu County delivered a welcome speech, introducing Jinhu's superior business environment, highlighting Jinhu's rich cultural heritage and bright future prospects through four keywords: "Water Rhyme Lake City," "Intelligent Manufacturing Gold Valley," "He Mei Tian Yuan," and "Fish and Rice Homeland." Zhu Hualin, part-time Vice Chairman of the Women's Federation and President of the Women Entrepreneurs Association, gave a speech, stating that member enterprises should practice the "four dares" spirit, actively integrate into upstream and downstream industrial chains, and contribute women's strength to the high-quality economic development of the city. In the face of new problems and challenges, they should use development methods to solve problems in development, making "dare to act" the most distinctive characteristic of Huai'an enterprises, contributing women's strength to the high-quality economic development of the city, and showcasing the style of women entrepreneurs. Subsequently, Chairman Ding, President Zhu, and Minister Bao presented the book "Excerpts from Xi Jinping's Speeches and Instructions on Women, Children, and Women's Federation Work" to association member representatives.
Ju Daixia, General Manager of JWC Group, a representative of the Women Entrepreneurs Association, gave a speech on the theme of "Supporting the Women's Action for Technological Innovation," focusing on the role of technological innovation in leading enterprise development. Other speakers included Ma Xiaoyun, General Manager of Jiangsu Pioneer Green Building Science and Technology Co., Ltd.; Shen Ping, Chairman of Huai'an Jufengyuan Food Co., Ltd.; Zhang Meiping, Chairman of Jiangsu Guangning Hospital Management Co., Ltd.; Zhao Yuan, General Manager of Ian Logistics (Huai'an) Co., Ltd.; Fan Yili, Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Jinhua Nutrition Technology Co., Ltd.; and Nie Yanglin, Chairman of Anmu Dairy (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. These six outstanding enterprise representatives shared their entrepreneurial insights and experiences in enterprise technological transformation and high-quality development. At the meeting, participants spoke freely, sharing their entrepreneurial experiences and successful experiences in business management. The meeting was filled with applause, and everyone expressed their great benefit.
This event not only promoted exchanges and cooperation among women entrepreneurs but also provided a broader development space and more opportunities for women's entrepreneurship. It also allowed more people to recognize the important role of women in enterprises, providing a broader platform for women's entrepreneurship.
