Spring breezes carry messages, and flowers bloom as promised. On the occasion of the 115th International Women's Day, we held a unique celebration. On this day dedicated to all women, JWC Group specially planned a "Spring Rendezvous" event, featuring a handmade flower arrangement activity, aiming to enrich the spiritual and cultural lives of our female employees, enhance their job satisfaction, and unite the strength of every woman.
On the day of the event, with a gentle spring breeze, the female employees arrived at the venue with joyful hearts. The activity was conducted in groups. General Manager Ju Daixia introduced the materials needed for making the pipe cleaner flowers, showcased pre-prepared samples, and played a teaching video demonstrating the process of transforming pipe cleaners into bouquets, sparking great interest in the "pipe cleaner flowers" and making everyone eager to try. With skillful hands, the seemingly insignificant pipe cleaners were transformed into flowers blooming in their palms. Looking at their creations, everyone's faces were filled with joyful smiles and a sense of accomplishment, praising the bouquets repeatedly! During the process, the female employees exchanged ideas and shared their daily lives, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
After more than an hour of meticulous crafting, bouquets of various colors, carrying beautiful wishes, were finally created. The female employees held their handmade bouquets, their faces beaming with happiness and satisfaction. Afterwards, everyone solemnly wrote down their wishes on cards and hung them on the wishing tree, symbolizing the infinite possibilities of a bright future.
The highlight of the event was the distribution of exquisite gifts prepared by the company and the exchange of blessings. Each gift contained the company's care and respect for the female employees, and each blessing conveyed best wishes to everyone.
