The Provincial Women's Federation conducted a field trip to Jiangsu JWC Group to jointly promote women's career development.

This morning, Zhang Lei, deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial Women's Federation New Media Center, and his team visited Jiangsu JWC Group for a special research trip, delving into discussions on women's federation work. Relevant personnel from the Huai'an Municipal Women's Federation and Jinhu County Women's Federation accompanied the research.

Zhang Lei and his team engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions with Ju Daixia, general manager of Jiangsu JWC Group, and heads of relevant departments. Through presentations, on-site inspections, and individual interviews, they comprehensively understood Jiangsu JWC Group's measures and achievements in women's career development.

During the research, Zhang Lei discovered that Jiangsu JWC Group places great importance on the development of female employees, providing them with ample career development opportunities and excellent welfare benefits. The group has established a dedicated department for women's development: the National March 8th Red Banner Holder Ju Daixia Studio, the Jiangsu Provincial Women's University Student Entrepreneurship and Employment Practice Base, the Women Workers' Innovation Studio, the "Xia Fei Yi Cai" Women's Micro-Home, and the Dianthus Service Station, providing female employees with comprehensive care and support in training, promotion, and job adjustments.
