Working hand in hand to create the future - Leaders and teachers from Huaiyin Institute of Technology visited our company for an exchange.

In this season of refreshing autumn and bountiful harvests, on the afternoon of October 16th, Wang Mingxia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, Huaiyin Institute of Technology; Chen Zhong, Vice President; and Wang Liang, a doctoral team member of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, along with other teachers and students, visited JWC Group for a unique visit and exchange activity. This activity not only deepened the cooperative ties between the school and the enterprise but also built a bridge for teachers and students from theory to practice and from campus to enterprise.
At the beginning of the event, Chen Bin, Chairman of JWC Group, and Ju Daixia, General Manager, warmly welcomed the teachers and students from Huaiyin Institute of Technology. The teachers and students watched a promotional video of JWC Group. As the camera slowly advanced, the development history, corporate culture, technological innovation achievements, and market influence of JWC Group were presented one by one. Every moment in the film embodies the hard work and wisdom of JWC people, allowing every teacher and student present to deeply feel the vitality and broad market prospects of the company's vigorous development.
Following this, the teachers and students went deep into the factory area and personally experienced the charm of modern industry. They visited the JWC general assembly workshop, witnessing the assembly and debugging process of precision equipment; in the CNC machining center, the complex and delicate processing technology was breathtaking; and the demonstration of the intelligent warehousing system allowed everyone to intuitively feel the widespread application and high efficiency and convenience of intelligence and automation in production management. Each step of the visit was a shock to the mind and a baptism of knowledge.
In addition to the visit, both sides also conducted in-depth exchanges on industry-academia-research cooperation. At the meeting, Chen Bin, Chairman of JWC Group, detailed the company's needs and plans in terms of technological research and development and product innovation, and expressed his ardent hope for college talents. The teachers from Huaiyin Institute of Technology shared the college's advantages and achievements in scientific research and teaching. Both sides had a lively discussion on how to strengthen cooperation and promote in-depth integration of industry, academia, and research, and reached a series of consensus. This exchange not only laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides but also injected new impetus into promoting high-quality local economic development.
In order to further promote the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation, a student employment base signing ceremony was also held at the event site. With the signing of both parties, JWC Group officially became the student employment and practice base of Huaiyin Institute of Technology. This not only provided students with more internship and employment opportunities but also opened up new channels for the company to select outstanding talents. Finally, both sides signed a cooperation agreement on school-enterprise party building, exploring new ideas for party building, and further strengthening the emotional ties and political consensus between schools and enterprises. Everyone expressed that they would adhere to party building as the guide, strengthen ideological exchanges, promote cultural integration, and jointly build a spiritual home for school-enterprise cooperation.
