Zhang Xiuhua and his party from Huai'an Municipal Federation of Trade Unions visited our company for inspection and guidance

On the morning of August 7, 2023, Zhang Xiuhe, vice chairman of the Huai'an Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and his entourage visited and guided the JWC Group Times Health Industry Park, conducting in-depth exchanges and discussions on trade union work and development. Shu Xiaoping, Party secretary and chairman of the Jinhu County Federation of Trade Unions, and Zhuge Aili, vice chairman, accompanied the visit.
Zhang Xiuhe and his entourage visited Baozi Industry's production workshop, administrative center, staff training center, reading and leisure space, women's workers' Dianthus service station, and e-commerce live broadcast base within the Times Health Industry Park. They gained an in-depth understanding of the company's employees' living conditions, working environment, and staff training, and had a warm and friendly exchange with Ju Daixia, general manager of JWC Group, engaging in in-depth discussions on the importance of trade union work, organizational development, and rights protection.
Through the exchange and visit, the company's trade union work received high recognition and praise from the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. Zhang Xiuhe affirmed the existing trade union organization and development status of JWC and offered suggestions for further improvement and enhancement of trade union work. The company's leaders and trade union cadres expressed their commitment to staying true to their original aspirations, continuing to strengthen trade union work, and better serving the broad masses of employees.
The visit and guidance by the Huai'an Municipal Federation of Trade Unions not only built a bridge for deepening exchanges and cooperation but also pointed out a new direction for the company's trade union work.
